We were the first to introduce 3-layered PPR pipe technology, delivering unmatched strength, UV resistance, and long-lasting performance.
Anti-Microbial PPR Layer
The anti-microbial layer effectively prevents the growth of bacteria, microbes, algae, and other harmful organisms, ensuring the pipes remain protected. This layer contains a low-migrating anti-microbial additive, which enhances its longevity and ensures it lasts for the entire lifespan of the product. Additionally, the anti-microbial layer is stable at temperatures up to 270°C.
Black PPR Layer
Middle layer provides excellent resistance to UV rays.
UV-Stabilized PPR Layer
Light and oxygen are key factors that trigger degradation reactions in plastics, causing not only visual damage but also a significant decline in their mechanical and physical properties. This leads to a drastic reduction in the lifespan of plastic products. Additionally, environmental factors such as humidity, temperature, and pressure further accelerate the degradation process. Therefore, stabilizing polymers against UV rays (ultraviolet radiation from the sun) becomes crucial to ensure their durability and longevity.
