Rotational Moulding Technology
These tanks have been manufacturing by rotational moulding process, which is best process for producing big size containers specially products with outdoor application. Rotation moulding is globally proven and approved technology for producing water storage tanks and even Bureau of Indian Standard specifies only rotational moulding for its specification IS 12701 for manufacturing of plastics water storage tanks.
The rotational moulding manufacturing is seamless and stress free which gives stability and long life to tank while some other tanks have seam. These seam joints have residual stress, which can open up under hydrostatic pressure and environmental stress.
