‘lead free’ high pressure plumbing system

The System
SFMC plumbing system is the most suitable, easy and economical solution for distribution of potable water. It is technically superior, cost effective and offers many advantages over conventional G.I. piping system. This system is very easy to install and functionally most suitable for plumbing application like terrace lopping, down-take and up-take lines in building industry. Apart from more than 30 – 40% cheaper to GI piping system, it has many more years of service life.

Raw Material
The rigid PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) compound used in the manufactures of pipes and fitting is type 1, i.e. Grade 1 PVC 1120 as identified in ASTM D-1784. The compound contains specified amounts of pigments, stabilizers and other additives to facilitate extrusion.

Product specifications
The system is made as per ASTM (American Society for Testing of Materials) standards. The Pipes are made as per ASTM D-1785 and Fittings are made as per ASTM D-2466 (for SCH 40 fittings) and ASTM D 2467 ( for SCH 80 fittings). The pipes are plain ended in lengths of 3 meters in SCH 40 and SCH 80 pressure class.

Simple and leak proof joints Jointing can be done speedily with the special solvent cement supplied by the company which ensures 100% leak proof joints.
Most suitable for carrying drinking water –Being non metallic, this system is free from corrosion, chemical action, and negative biological effects, hence absolutely safe for carrying potable water.
Optimum flow rates - Mirror-smooth inside surface ensures high flow rates and low frictional losses. This system is free from rusting, pitting and offers good resistant to scale formation.

Lifeline C-PVC Plumbing System

The system
Supreme Lifeline C-PVC plumbing system is a safe, long lasting and cost effective solution for the hot and cold water. This system is suitable for all plumbing and potable water application. The pipes and fittings are made o f chlorinated polyvinyl chloride and it is available in complete range from ½” to 2” sizes. The pipes are available in SDR 11 and SDR 13.5 pressure class and fitting are available in SDR 11 pressure class. Threaded inserts in the transition fittings are made from brass and duly nickel plated to withstand the chemical corrosion at the elevated temperatures. Supreme Lifeline C-PVC pipes and fittings are manufactured according to ASTM D-2846. The choice of the raw material, the structural accuracy and the strict quality control gives the Supreme Lifeline C-PVC system a high degree of reliability.
The system is made as per copper tube size (CTS). Lifeline is the most suitable easy and economic solution for transportation and distribution of potable water. It is technically superior, cost effective and offers many advantages over G.I. and other conventional systems.

Fire ResistanceLifeline C- PVC does not support combustion.
